National Survey on Reading (ENL) 2006

This survey was developed by the National Council for the Arts and Culture (Consejo Nacional para la Cultura y las Artes - CONACULTA) and the UNAM'S Legal Investigations Institute (Instituto de Investigaciones Jurídicas de la UNAM). Its main objective is to contribute to the understanding of different social and regional patterns on the reading culture in Mexico. It can generate information on the frequency, motivation, affection, access, skills and determinants of reading, as well as sociodemographic, socioeconomic, family history and socialization associated with the habit of reading (see datasets).

This dataset is available at the CONACULTA website. Syntax documents provided in this section can be used to tag variables and their correspondent values.
