Baseline Survey and Monitoring for 25 cities in the Urban System (ENSUN25) 2004

This survey was conducted by the Northern Border College (Colegio de la Frontera Norte - COLEF) and the Ministry of Social Development (SEDESOL). Its main objective is to obtain statistical information on socio-economic conditions and living conditions in 25 districts of equal number of cities, in order to have quantitative evidence and reasonable evaluation for the Habitat Project (Programa Habitat) (see technical sheet).
