National Survey of Income and Expenditure of Households - Module on Social Programs (MPS)


The Module on Social Programs (MPS) was conducted along with the National Survey of Income and Household Expenditure (ENIGH) in 2002, 2004 and 2006. MPS is a project of the Secretariat of Social Development (SEDESOL), to generate information about the participation of households as the main beneficiaries of social programs and the amounts received by those programs.

The MPS and the information contained in the ENIGH survey of that year, allowed to cross information on benefits of social programs with levels of income and or expenditure.
